Technical Leakage Data Analyst/ Technical Leakage Data Analyst - Contract - Rate - Upto 450/Day Outside IR35 Location - Hampshire Duration - 3-6 months Key Responsibilities: Financial Leakage Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify potential revenue leakage points across the business (e.g. pricing errors, billing gaps, discount misuse, contract misalignment). Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). Root Cause Investigation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to investigate root causes of financial discrepancies and develop actionable recommendations. Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, and provide insights into trends, anomalies, and opportunities for recovery or optimization. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and completeness through validation checks and audit trails. Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in current financial processes and recommending data-driven enhancements. Required Skills & Experience: 7 years in data analysis, financial analysis, or BI rolespreferably with a focus on financial leakage , revenue assurance, or financial compliance. Must have experience in Leakage including Invoice leakage, Revenue leakage, and incompetent billing. Strong experience with SSRS and relational databases (SQL Server). Strong DATA analysis and excel skills. Proficiency in at least one BI visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau . Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Understanding of finance principles, billing systems, and financial controls. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
