On-Site Event Delivery (UK & International) Event Lead: Take charge of delivering live events, making sure everything runs smoothly, no matter where the event is. Venue & Crew Selection: Choose the best venues, stylists, and production teams, always ensuring they match the brand and budget. Secure Multiple Quotes: Make sure we get competitive pricing by gathering quotes from multiple suppliers. Freelance & Specialist Hiring Freelancer Management: Bring in freelance talent when needed, making sure theyre the right fit for the job. Manage Contracts & Payments: Handle freelancer contracts and payments, ensuring smooth collaboration. Team Management & Development Mentor the Team: Lead, guide, and support junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills. Ensure Balance: Keep an eye on workloads to make sure everyone has the right mix of projects to grow their skills. Training: Provide regular coaching on project management, budgeting, and industry best practices. Performance Reviews: Lead performance reviews and help junior staff with career progression. Office & Operational Management Smooth Office Operations: Help keep the office and production storage organised and running smoothly. Travel & Flexibility: Be ready to travel to Wandsworth and event locations when required, and work flexible hours as needed. WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE BEFORE : At least 5-6 years of experience working within an event or experiential agency. Experience delivering integrated campaigns involving events. Strong understanding of the entire creative process. Ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts. Proven track record of contributing to project budgets of up to 500,000. SALARY & TIME COMMITMENT This role is predominantly office based (we imagine at least 2-3 days of your time would be in the office) and we are ideally looking for someone to work full time. Salary would range between 45,000 - 55,000 depending on experience. In addition, there is a commission scheme as part of this role, and you can earn additional fees.
