As an Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing , you will plan, execute, and manage high-impact SEO & Social Media growth campaigns for APT Group Holdings companies including (Construction, Accounting Management and Healthcare). As Digital Marketing Manager , you will lead all performance-driven marketing activities , ensuring the digital side of the businesses thrives. Your focus will be on website management, SEO, paid media, email marketing, CRM, and data analytics . You will report directly to the MD , developing data-driven digital strategies that align with business goals. Main Responsibilities SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a SEO strategy aligned with APT Group Holdings (Companies: Construction, Accounting, Healthcare) digital marketing goals to drive organic traffic and conversions. On-Page SEO: Lead optimisation of meta tags, headings, structured data, internal linking, and multimedia across digital properties. Technical SEO: Collaborate with Digital and Data teams to enhance site architecture, mobile performance, page speed, crawl-ability, and indexing. Content Strategy: Align keyword strategy and content roadmap with SEO growth objectives. SEO Audits & Analysis: Conduct regular audits to identify and implement optimisation opportunities. Link Building: Develop a scalable strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority. Earned Media: Work with Corporate Affairs and Social teams to leverage press, radios, tvs, magazines and eg. and influencer partnerships, earned media for SEO gains. Performance Tracking: Establish KPI frameworks, providing data-driven reports and recommendations to leadership. SEO Tools: Maximise insights and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, AHREFS, and Screaming Frog. Collaboration: Align SEO efforts with content, social and Digital & Data teams Innovation: Drive SEO innovation, staying ahead of AI SERP trends and digital advancements. Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing SEO team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development. Line manage junior team members, conducting monthly 121s and providing continuous support Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Develop and present SEO growth roadmaps, integrating technical and strategic components to meet client KPIs Contribute to process improvements by developing and refining frameworks and workflows to enhance scalability and quality Support recruitment efforts, on-boarding, and employee retention plans to attract and retain top talent in the industry Qualifications & Experience: 8 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or web optimisation, ideally agency side, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing digital marketing strategies including SEO & Social Media. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SEO campaigns, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings for consumer-facing brands, ideally in the accounting services, construction and healthcare sectors. Strong experience in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and link-building.
