The Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our customer airlines. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting passengers at check-in and with baggage processing Handling reservations and ticketing Boarding flights and greeting arrivals Supporting VIPs and passengers needing special assistance Other customer service related duties as required You will be delivering outstanding customer service while following procedures and maintaining a flexible approach in a dynamic setting.
