Test Lead 50-65k Benefits Southampton Hybrid working options A great opportunity for a Test Lead / QA Lead to join a business who are building out their IT department and implementing modern test processes and automation. The company have offices in Hampshire and deliver services customers globally. This role would spearhead their IT Test function and take ownership of their Software Testing and associated processes. The Test Lead will remain hands-on, but lead the development and implementation of their Test / QA strategy alongside the Tech Operations teams. The company offer home working options with a preference for 3 days in the office per week. Offices are commutable from Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Basingstoke areas Essential Skills and Experience: Previous Test / QA Leadership experience, will have led implementation of processes and associated projects - happy to be hands-on Commercial experience creating Test Plans and longer-term strategy Commercial automation testing experience Selenium, Cypress or similar Experience of working with tech and non-tech teams and stakeholders Previous experience setting up a Test/QA environment experience is desirable Experience with Azure is desirable All candidates applying must be eligible to work in the UK and be based in the UK.
