Role Overview This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Based in London with flexible hybrid working, this role offers exposure to the full marketing mixranging from campaign delivery and content creation to CRM and analytics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and excited to contribute to a growing organisation where their work will make a tangible difference. Key Responsibilities: Manage social media platforms, schedule and post content, engage with audiences, and monitor channel performance. Monitor key performance indicators using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot, and report on outcomes to inform future strategy. Support the creation of marketing materials across web, email, social media, and internal presentations, ensuring brand consistency. Assist with the delivery and optimisation of digital campaigns and email marketing initiatives. Key Requirements: Proficient with digital tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva , and MS Office. A degree (bachelors or masters) in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. At least 2 years experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
