Based in London regional office and report to the HQ IT team in Beijing, the regional IT manager will oversee all Europe countries IT infrastructure, retail system implementation, digital enablement, and multi country IT support coordination. The position requires a technology leader with strong execution capabilities, hands on IT experience, and a sound understanding of retail operations. The role combines strategic rollout planning with practical implementation, supporting stores, offices, digital tools, and regional technology initiatives. Responsibilities Retail and Office IT Infrastructure Oversee the setup, maintenance, and upgrade of IT infrastructure across retail stores, regional offices, and warehouses Ensure secure and stable network connectivity and hardware readiness for all store openings and relocations Coordinate hardware procurement, device configuration, and vendor management across countries Manage IT asset inventory and implement traceability and replacement processes System Rollout and Regional Integration Work closely with HQ to implement POS, ERP, HRIS, and other business systems in line with global standards and local requirements Support regional system localisation, integration with third party tools, and user acceptance testing Collaborate with functions including Finance, HR, Operations, and Business Development to ensure seamless onboarding, access control, and workflow integration Ensure compliance with regional data protection and cybersecurity regulations IT Support and Operational Excellence Serve as the primary escalation point for country level IT matters and provide technical support for store operations and system stability Coordinate with service providers and HQ teams to resolve hardware or software incidents, outages, or vulnerabilities Maintain documentation including IT procedures, operation manuals, and internal knowledge bases Monitor IT performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in service quality Project Delivery and Digital Enablement Lead regional IT projects including store system rollouts, ERP solutions, and digital workforce tool implementation Promote adoption of digital tools and provide training to internal teams where applicable Contribute to long term plans for IT scalability, automation, and user experience enhancement Stay informed of industry trends and provide recommendations for practical and business aligned IT solutions Required Qualifications Minimum eight years of IT management experience with exposure to retail system deployment and regional or multi market support Hands on experience with Cegid or similar enterprise retail POS systems Proven knowledge of ERP systems, office infrastructure, and integration across retail and back office environments Experience coordinating with both in store teams and corporate functions across countries Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CAD, and IT project management tools Effective verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel within Europe to support store openings, system rollouts, or vendor supervision Working knowledge of GDPR and local compliance frameworks Desirable but Not Essential Experience supporting Asia based headquarters or international retail businesses Understanding of ITIL frameworks or experience in structured ticket based support environments Background in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure Multi lingual ability (Chinese preferred; other European languages are a plus)
