Job Title

As a Site IT Technician, you will provide hands-on technical support across multiple hotel and hospitality sites within the group. Youll be responsible for maintaining local IT infrastructure, resolving hardware and connectivity issues, and ensuring systems are fully operational to support the day-to-day running of the business. This role involves regular travel between sites and requires a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Deliver on-site support across hotel properties for all IT-related issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, phones, printers, hotel kiosks, and POS systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, connectivity, CCTV, and guest services technology Support the set-up of new sites, including equipment installation and testing Work closely with the central IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on hardware and peripherals Manage stock of IT equipment, peripherals, and spares at each site Ensure local infrastructure, patch panels, and server rooms are tidy, labelled, and compliant Provide on-site support for hotel events or technical rollouts when required Assist with the onboarding of new staff, ensuring systems and access are set up correctly Document issues, fixes, and any changes made to local systems Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with all staff and departments Keep up to date with IT best practices and hospitality systems Qualifications, Skills & Experience Minimum 12 years experience in an IT support or technician role Strong understanding of desktop hardware, basic networking, and Windows environments Hands-on experience with printers, VoIP phones, POS systems, and CCTV equipment Excellent problem-solvin skills and a proactive approach Strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends if required Hospitality experience is a plus but not essential
