They are a rapidly growing SME backed by one of Europes largest food groups . They are looking to add a Junior Brand Manager with a focus on Trade Marketing to oversee a 1.5m budget . Role & Responsibilities: Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support sales initiatives. Create tailored annual plans for retailers to maximise ROI and budget use. Ensure alignment between in-store and broader brand marketing efforts. Negotiate with retailer media partners for impactful, cost-effective promotions. Build comprehensive toolkits for various sales channels (e.g. wholesale, foodservice & international). Analyse trade marketing performance and recommend improvements. Manage the trade marketing budget (1.5m) in coordination with sales teams. Whats on Offer?
