About the Role As a Graphic Designer, youll play a key role in shaping our brand identity, ensuring our communications stand out and resonate with parents. Your work will span digital platforms (social media, website, retailer websites), physical spaces (in-store, events, festivals), and packaging design. Youll bridge both brand and shopper marketing, requiring a mix of creative flair, technical skills, and strong project management abilities. Key Responsibilities Lead creative development, ensuring all designs align with brand strategy and guidelines. Work with multiple stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver high-quality design assets. Create image and video content for social media, digital platforms, and physical marketing materials. Collaborate with printers and third parties to artwork, proof, and deliver high-quality assets with strong attention to detail. Support packaging design, including developing on-pack assets and concept renderings. Manage and maintain our digital asset management system (DAM), providing training and support for users. Research and innovate, keeping our brand fresh and forward-thinking against competitors. What Were Looking For 3-5 years of design experience, preferably in an FMCG environment (agency or in-house brand team). Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a willingness to embrace AI tools and new design technologies. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to learn new technical/design skills independently. Strong communication and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Organised, curious, and detail-oriented, with a passion for staying ahead of creative trends.
