Marketing Manager High-Growth B2B Consultancy Business A leading consultancy business, experiencing rapid growth, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a passion for marketing to take ownership of impactful campaigns, drive customer engagement, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. About the Consultancy This growing consultancy provides technology and insight solutions to the UK grocery wholesale sector and associated channels, including foodservice and convenience retail. Having seen significant growth over the past few years, the business is on track to continue expanding. Their services help wholesalers, buying groups, and FMCG suppliers achieve their business goals through advanced digital reporting and market insights. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development : The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes, effectively targeting key audience segments. Brand Management : The role will involve overseeing the consistency and messaging of the brand across all marketing channels. Customer Engagement : The Marketing Manager will create and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. Collaboration : Working closely with sales, product, and design teams, the role will ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives. Performance Analysis : The Marketing Manager will track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Additional responsibilities include managing CRM systems, developing email marketing strategies, driving SEO improvements on the website, creating marketing assets, and building strong relationships with trade press editors and external agencies. You will also be attending trade shows and events. The Ideal Candidate Proven success in developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing, with experience marketing B2B solutions and software. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand customer pain points and industry needs. A data-driven approach to marketing, using insights to drive decisions and optimize strategies. Industry experience in grocery wholesale, foodservice, or convenience retail is desirable but not essential. Personal Attributes The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and eager to make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced team. They should be detail-oriented, hands-on, and have a relentless desire to deliver results through innovative marketing strategies. Whats on Offer Salary : 45,000 to 48,000, depending on experience. Bonus Scheme : Eligibility for a performance-based bonus after 1 year. Hybrid Working : Flexible working arrangements Holiday : 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an extra day added each year (capped at 30 days).
