As Head of Brand Marketing, you''ll lead the brand visiondriving awareness, engagement, and love through science-backed, consumer-first storytelling. Youll manage and mentor a team of three, oversee bold cross-channel campaigns, and shape a standout social strategy, especially across TikTok and Instagram . Working closely with the CEO, you''ll sit on the exec team, collaborating with sales, operations, ecommerce, and R&D to ensure cohesive brand execution. From shopper marketing (in-store and online) across Grocery & High Street channels, to trend analysis and market insight, youll be at the forefront of scaling impact and presence. Key Responsibilities: Brand Leadership : Champion the brands voice and vision, growing awareness and love while staying true to the companys science-backed and consumer-led principles. Team Management : Lead and inspire a high-performing team of three across creative, brand, and packaging design. Strategic Direction : Collaborate at C-suite level with Heads of Sales and Operations, reporting to the CEO and Board. Social Media Strategy : Shape and drive TikTok and Instagram strategy, working closely with in-house video and graphic creatives. Campaign Management : Lead punchy, effective campaigns across multiple channels with creativity and consistency. Shopper Marketing : Deliver compelling in-store and online shopper experiences that convert and inspire.
