About the Role As we embark on our journey of growth and innovation, were building a dynamic new Marketing team and structure to lead the way in fostering brand awareness and admiration, creating digital connections to our audiences and enhancing our customer experience. Our Senior Marketing Manager will bring rich knowledge and experience acquired from a broad range of marketing disciplines to lead the implementation of Cornerstones marketing strategy. Working closely with the Chief Customer Officer they will drive forward a purpose-based agenda that activates Cornerstones growth strategy through a multi-channel, targeted approach. The outcome being to position Cornerstone as the UKs digital infrastructure partner of choice in the minds of existing and new customers, ultimately supporting revenue growth and driving long-term customer loyalty. This is a multi-faceted, pivotal role at the sharp end of Cornerstones strategic ambitions. The role holder will develop a deep understanding of Cornerstones target audiences to create campaign strategies that maximize this exciting market opportunity. Key Responsibilities Include: Campaign Strategy and Planning - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, support product launches and generate awareness and consideration with our target audience segments. Brand Alignment - Work closely with the People team directorate to ensure alignment and consistency between the external and internal brand as it is refreshed Proposition Development - Develop value propositions for existing and new product and service portfolio Campaign Management and Execution - Lead in the development and delivery of impactful integrated go to market campaigns for all audience types e.g., customers, partners, industry, local authorities, by mapping products to their needs obtained from insight analysis. Content Creation and Messaging - Create an annual calendar of activity for campaigns across the business that represents all stakeholder needs and meets the prioritised business objectives Events Management - Support the Marketing Co-ordinator to oversee annual external facing events calendar, including things such as the CS Annual Conference and Trade exhibitions and so forth. Lead Generation - Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop campaigns that drive brand visibility and market recognition through our digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, webinars and other online platforms Product Launch - Collaborate closely with the head of Product Development and Product marketing team to plan and execute effective product launches Collaboration - Identify partnerships and co-branding opportunities with selected channel partners, including Mobile Network Operators, to take and deliver Cornerstone products to market. What we are looking for: Senior B2B marketer with broad marketing experience in complex industries Significant experience of working in fast moving, changing environments especially during times of transformational change Experience of working with external suppliers and creative agencies Strong focus on the customer, ability to understand audience profiles and translate their needs into a compelling proposition. Strong ownership mentality and proven ability of successfully leading complex initiatives involving a broad range of stakeholders, from ideation to implementation. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders. Evidence of business partnering skills, building trust with key stakeholders. Experience in working in matrix organisations. Ability to strategize and translate into practical plans to achieve measurable outcomes. Excellent communication skills written and oral Ability to flex in a fast paced and ambiguous environment. Problem solving skills with a proactive and solution minded approach. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Able to bring the best out of people with a passion for developing others to grow and be successful.
