Now, as they continue their upward trajectory, theyre on the lookout for a driven National Account Manager to help fuel the next phase of growth.The Role In this pivotal role, youll take charge of high-profile grocery retail accounts, managing relationships with major players like Tesco and Morrisons. Working alongside the Head of Sales and an energetic commercial team, youll craft and execute customer strategies that drive profitable growth and category leadership.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial relationship with major grocery retailers, including Tesco and MorrisonsDevelop and execute customer strategies that drive volume, visibility, and valueCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and NPD to deliver on commercial goalsNegotiate annual terms, promotional plans, and joint business plansTrack performance and market trends to ensure your accounts outperform the competitionRepresent the brand with passion, energy, and a deep understanding of its values and positioningAbout You Youre already operating at National Account Manager or National Account Executive level, with 5+ years of FMCG experience under your belt. Youve managed top UK grocery retail accounts and understand how to build strategic partnerships that deliver long-term growth.Youre commercial, confident, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
