Technical SEO Specialist: The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the search engine landscape, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns, as well as drive link-building initiatives to improve organic search rankings.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored SEM strategies to achieve their goals and drive resultsPlan, execute and monitor SEM campaigns across various search engines and platformsConduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for optimisationOptimise ad copy and landing pages for maximum click-through and conversion ratesPerform link audits and analysis to identify and resolve potential issues with client link profilesConduct regular audits of our website to identify technical issues that may affect search engine rankingsDevelop and implement strategies for optimising website structure, page speed, and other technical aspects of SEOWork with developers to ensure that website code is optimised for search engines and that best practices are followedMonitor website performance metrics and use data to make data-driven decisionsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical SEO and search engine algorithmsCollaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate multi-disciplinary initiatives with other marketing channels (e.g. social media, content marketing, etc.)Technical SEO Specialist experience: 2 years’ experience ideally within an agency environmentExperience in SEM and SEOExperience in a client facing roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush, and Google AnalyticsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus
