Are you a dynamic Marketing Manager seeking a role at the forefront of a sustainability-focused scaling business? If so, Component Sense has the perfect opportunity for you! Established in 2001, Component Sense provides sustainable excess and obsolete (E&O) electronic component solutions to tier-one manufacturers. Passionate about e-waste prevention and exceptional customer service, our business is growing internationally. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and report directly to the Head of Growth. As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth and contributing to a circular electronics industry.  Areas of Accountability You will play an integral role within the organisation as we continue to expand globally. Your work will help grow the company through lead generation, brand awareness, and interdepartmental collaboration. You’ll lead a growing team of two — our Digital Marketer and Junior Marketer — with expectations to scale significantly by the end of 2026. In your crucial position managing our Marketing Department, your areas of accountability will include:  Leading and managing the Marketing team Collaborating with the Head of Growth [title subject to change] to deliver quarterly, scalable marketing plans Coordinating with vendor and PR partners Overseeing content and social media strategy (planning, briefing, scheduling, reviewing) Implementing marketing, creative, and brand strategies (organic and paid) Using data to inform decisions: reporting, analysis, HubSpot automation, and market research Supporting revenue generation via collaboration with Sales, BD, Events, and Customer teams About You The ideal candidate for this role will be creative, proactive, and skilled in the management of their time, tasks, and team. Ideally, you will have the following:  A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business or Marketing (or equivalent) At least two years in a senior marketing role  At least one year of people management experience Experience using HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft 365 Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console Experience in the electronics, manufacturing, or green tech sectors Fluency in English (with proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Mandarin being a bonus) We don’t expect you to have all of these, but experience in several of the following areas will help you thrive:   Content creation and creative storytelling Brand, product, and campaign management People and project management Digital marketing and marketing automation Trade events and public relations Market research and data analysis Paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Trade Press) On a personal level, our ideal candidate for this role is:  Creative Proactive and adaptable Organised and detail-oriented Customer-focused Strategic and innovative A natural leader and clear communicator In line with our EPIC values (Enterprising and Positive with Integrity and Clarity for the customer) About Us Component Sense is a fast-growing company in the electronics industry, providing sustainable E&O solutions to tier-one manufacturers.
