We manage the production, distribution and commercial exploitation of the broadcast rights of the ATP Masters 1000 and Nitto ATP Finals tennis tournaments as well as the ATP 500 and ATP 250 events. We also own and operate Tennis TV, the official live video streaming service of the ATP Tour. Tennis TV streams every ATP Tour tournament to a global audience, with over 2,300 live matches a year on and a wide range of streaming devices.Tennis TV is also the most engaged year-round social media brand in tennis – bringing all the best ATP tennis moments to over 11 million followers across the main social platforms, alongside significant value to tournaments, sponsors, players and more.About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious, creative and hard-working professional to play a key role in managing and growing the Tennis TV social media community.The successful candidate will work alongside existing social media team members and freelance editors in planning and posting content on Tennis TV channels, working to connect and engage with fans.This is a brilliant opportunity to join a great team working at the heart of live sport and driving fan engagement in tennis all year round.Responsibilities Management and posting of content on Tennis TV social media channels, working with the social content creators to produce exceptional outputCreate original graphic content and videos using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro – often at weekends and evenings during live eventsUse video tools including WSC to produce high-quality and engaging content from live matchesContribute to and execute the Tennis TV social content plan day-by-day, week-by-week – ensuring consistent quality and quantity of postingOptimise the channels with thumbnails, playlists, on-trend captions etcEnsure efficient creation and delivery of content to ATP Media’s stakeholdersApply knowledge of tennis in research and planning of content using ATP Media’s extensive video archiveUse data and analytics to consider trends and identify opportunitiesOther duties as assigned by the Social Media Community Manager and other managersRequirementsMinimum of one year’s experience in a social media content role, ideally in sportsA degree, or equivalent, in a relevant fieldDeep knowledge of tennis and a genuine affinity for sport, social media and storytellingKnowledge of the different social media platforms and what makes each tickEssential to be well-versed and passionate in keeping up-to-date with social trends within sports and other sectors e.g. do you know the latest TikTok sounds and/or memes being widely used?Some experience of creating and publishing content for social media platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop is desirableExcellent organisational skills and planning abilities – able to work on multiple projects at onceStrong attention to detail and first-class communication skills, including experience liaising with important company stakeholdersA team player with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAn eye for producing creative content and bringing new ideas Flexibility around working hours as requiredRight to live and work within the UK Valid passport – overseas travel may be requiredATP Media is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitable candidates regardless of their age, race, sex, religion, disability, belief or sexual orientation.
