They champion our cause and help drive our vision – to be the best, most recognised provider of coaching and advice for all post-licence drivers and riders, and to help make our roads safer for all.About the roleThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and planning integrated marketing activity across channels, driving sales and awareness with a primary focus on B2B products, services and markets. They will be responsible for generating leads and tracking conversions across campaign activity, working with the digital team and Head of Marketing and Communications.The role is hands-on and will require an experienced marketing professional to drive stakeholder management with IAM RoadSmart, creative agencies, printers, and internal colleagues. ResponsibilitiesPlan, deliver and evaluate tactical cross-channel marketing plans to grow awareness of IAM RoadSmart commercial products and services, increasing conversions and revenue.Plan, deliver and evaluate tactical cross-channel marketing plans for IAM RoadSmart’s Drink-drive Rehabilitation Course Work with internal stakeholders to develop content that supports course and B2B sales such as webinars, video content, literature, white papers email communications and advertising. Work with the digital team to implement targeted paid media activity to better promote our products and services.Manage the B2B marketing budget - tracking spend to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.Own the annual calendar of B2B exhibitor events to include booking, marketing, stand resourcing, and reviewing ROI. Occasional event attendance across the UK will be required. Plan and deliver go-to-market campaigns for new products.Line manage the B2B Marketing Executive, ensuring they are trained, supported and motivated. Knowledge & ExperienceKnowledge of customer, market, and competitor research techniquesUnderstanding of ROI tracking and conversion activity Experience in a commercially focused environment, B2B marketing and a multi-market role.Proven track record of successful lead generation focussed campaign initiation and deployment using a mix of traditional and digital marketing methods.Experience of gathering and analysing customer, market, and competitor data to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
