Our partner approach has led to working within excess of 140+ countries around the world and has created multiple hub offices to enable compliant operations within region.JOB PURPOSE:To create a new and improved strategic marketing campaign for Penta Consulting, specifically focusing on our client marketing, social media communication and branding and reviewing content on the Company website.KEY STAKEHOLDERSExecutive management team, legal, operations, auditors, external clients and contracts teamDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBuild the marketing strategy with plans on how this will be implemented to ensure the business has an optimised online presence, with a focus on website management and social media.Take ownership of the overall marketing strategy, guiding the planning and implementation of marketing initiativesTranslate sales and commercial goals into a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with organisational objectivesMaintain a consistent and coherent brand identity across all communication channels for enhanced brand recognitionEstablish clear and efficient marketing processes to facilitate decision-making, reporting and approval for all activitiesDevelop, implement and measure online and offline marketing plans which maximise business opportunities for the company and drive the company’s annual growthResponsible management and implementation of the company social media strategy.Design and production of all marketing materials for internal and external use, including brand guidelinesReview and rebuild of the company website; making corrections where required, reviewing relevance of pages. Ongoing maintenance and updates of websiteImprove and create highly impactful slide decks for each business area as well as managed services and generic company pitch deckPresent a content strategy that creates an interest in Penta for clients, candidates and future employees on social media including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and InstagramLinkedIn – create a strategy to grow the number of followers (clients, candidates and potential employees) of the Penta brand by creating blogs for each vertical market (ghost writing relevant technical data type articles around cyber security, DevOps, EPas, AI for example) and create a strong LinkedIn platform to promote all verticals and candidate attraction for each vertical market area.Use the LinkedIn platform to push the Penta success factors for example the Cisco partnership and the Queen’s award and promoting our presence in support of the local community, as well as our award in South AfricaAd hoc projects as directed by senior managementEXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:Solid experience of content marketing and increasing brand recognitionManage and create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TwitterProven statistical increase in growth, engagement and social awareness of Company LinkedIn profilesExcellent content creation experience for social media blogs / vlogsExperience in the creation and build of a company website, and ongoing maintenanceIdeally have worked in a similar capacity within a supporting administrative roleIdeally educated to A-level standard or similarExcellent written and spoken communication skillsExcellent computer skills including Word / Excel / PowerPointPERSONAL QUALITIES:Personable, analytical, organised and thorough in their approach to workTeam player – this is an essential part of the group cultureSelf-starter and drivenAble to work in a standalone environmentExcellent communication and influencing skillsStrong interpersonal skillsA keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a demonstrable ability to summarize information quickly and accuratelyStrong moral compassAbility to perform under pressureHighly motivated individual with integrityAble to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and strong attention to ensure high-quality resultsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectivelyDue to the nature of the role this is a full-time office-based role.
