We’re on the hunt for a dynamic DTC Manager to take our DTC sites to the next level!For paws, fins, and wings – Pets Choice is proud to offer a diverse range of products across a portfolio of much-loved brands such as Webbox, Hownd, Vets Kitchen, Bob Martin, TastyBone and Felight. Our products are available in both UK and International retail and we’re also home to a growing family of DTC stores, giving pet lovers even more ways to treat their furry (or scaly, or feathery) friends.Reporting to the Digital Controller, the DTC Manager will be responsible for:Strategy Development: Create and implement DTC strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement. Help transform our DTC foundations so we can successfully grow and expand our operations. This role will please fundamental part in setting our DTC strategy and implementing it. E-commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of brands e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, customer service, and personalisation.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of DTC initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, finance, supply chain and logistics, to ensure alignment and execution of DTC strategies.Budget Management: Manage the DTC budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI. Create forecasts and promotional plans for our DTC brands. Manage our DTC forecasting and promotional plans.Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our brands DTC offerings.Lead our test and learn approach on DTC so the company drives growth. Sound interesting?We're looking for the following:Over 3 years’ experience in running a companies DTC. Proven strong experience in managing DTC channels and connected systems.Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and connecting DTC tools. Ideally experience of WooCommerce and Shopify.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent strategic thinking and organisational skills, with experience of acting with pace and can confidently manage multiple projects, channels and brands.Excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport and influence others, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong analytics and reporting skills.Please note, this role is being managed internally by our team of Top Dogs.
