Technical ManagerAre you an experienced technical manager within the food or drinks industry?Do you have a strong desire to deliver the highest quality products?Are you experienced in leading technical teams within a food or drinks manufacturing environment?MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading Drinks Business on the search for a Technical Manager. This is a FTC role based in Bedfordshire.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical operations of the site, including managing quality, hygiene, and food safety. Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Environmental, Customer & legislative requirements.Manage the resolution of technical and quality issues, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively.Deliver key solutions for the Quality agenda.What are we looking for?Degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.Proven experience in a technical management role within the food or drinks industry for 10+ years.Experience with complex food manufacturing processes.Drinks / dairy experience desired.Experience in high-speed automated production systems essential.FTC Salary – Up to £65k + benefitsPlease contact Rob Blackburn today for further information.
