We produce ground-breaking climate tech empowering large employers to measure, reduce and report on their commuter emissions. Role purposeThe Campaign Executive role sits within our demand generation marketing team. This team is responsible for the start of the new business sales funnel: awareness and lead generation. The team is responsible for running campaigns focussed primarily on generating enterprise Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Our Sector Director team is then responsible for taking leads through to closed deals. Main duties The primary purpose of this role is to build, project-manage and deliver a range of marketing campaigns to generate a volume of high-quality leads. This involves:· Planning campaigns against the campaign budget to set targets for campaign success – number of MQLs; cost per MQL; agree persona targeting.· Setting deadlines, organising tasks and confirming effort in work hours.· Defining tactics and content ideas to get maximum return for the campaign. Deciding which marketing methods are best for the campaign and reaching out to external publishers to organise promotional activities.· Project management considerations in Hubspot, such as setting up a lead source to track MQLs; Setting the target sector and personas and building target lists in Hubspot accordingly.· Project delivery of the campaign and liaison with the necessary internal colleagues and external agencies to execute the campaign.· Completion of your own work-tasks within the campaign.· Mid and post campaign analysis to report on progress and results. · Follow up on leads from the campaign with the Sector Directors to ensure progression and receive feedback.Example campaigns that the marketing team runs include:· Webinars, workshops and our annual ZC3 online conference· Promotional email campaigns, our monthly newsletter, and emails with persona or sector-specific messaging.· Thought-leadership content campaigns.· Website campaigns for SEO and conversion:o Thought leadership assets, such as The Commuter Census, Insight Articles and guides aimed at our target sectorso Client impact stories and videos· Press releases and press liaison· External exhibitions and conferences our Sector Directors attendOther dutiesThe marketing team is responsible for ensuring a range of “business as usual” tasks are completed in a timely fashion. You will need to contribute towards these efforts, including: · Qualifying inbound enquires, from online lead capture forms before they are passed to the Sector Directors.· Posting & monitoring content on the company’s LinkedIn page.· Writing website page content.· Collaborating closely with other colleagues in the Commercial Team and across the wider business.· Any other duties that may arise.OKRsThe ultimate focus for the Marketing Team is driving revenue and a high ROI from leads created. To achieve this the main OKRs are:Volume of MQLs (marketing qualified leads) for your campaigns passed to the Sector DirectorsMQL to SQL% (Conversion of marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads).
