We provide the full range of Facilities Management and M&E services including refurbishment and repair, planned maintenance, installation, energy conservation and project design.We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to take the lead in shaping and delivering our marketing activity. You will manage our digital platforms and create engaging content that brings our values to life and drives engagement.As part of the role, you will be out and about visiting our sites to capture real stories and will have the opportunity to attend various industry and networking events to support our brand awareness. What sets this marketing opportunity apart is that you will play a key role in championing and improving our sustainability and social value initiatives.You will report directly to the Managing Director and be part of a small and friendly team, many of whom have been with the business for many years. Due to continued business growth, there really is no better time to join the Ford Mainwaring team!Please note: Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.The role of Marketing Manager will include:Develop and deliver engaging content in line with our marketing strategy (social media content, newsletters, internal comms, case studies, artwork, videos, web content, and more).Plan and manage updates to our website (WordPress) and social channels.Visit work sites to capture content for case studies and social posts.Engage with and attend networking eventsDevelopment of our podcast by coordinating with creative partners.Monitor the performance of our digital platforms.Work with the team to shape marketing campaigns and lead generation activity.Collect & report on customer feedback and NPS via our CRM (SimPRO).Play a key role in maintaining our EcoVadis Silver award, leading sustainability communications and reporting.Champion our ESG initiatives, from the Armed Forces Covenant to Apprenticeships, and help us bring our values to life.Support industry events and coordinate promotional activities for our wider team.What we need from you:Experience planning and delivering content across different platforms.Knowledge of social media trends and how to create content that works (especially on LinkedIn, Facebook, with an interest in video/podcast content).Lead on creating and managing the marketing strategy.Design experience desirable, preferably with Canva.Confidence with managing website content (WordPress).A willingness to travel and represent the business at industry events and networking meetings.Interest in sustainability and social value - this is part of your role, and we’d love you to care about it as much as we do!What we can offer you:25 days holiday + bank holidaysNest pension scheme3 x salary death in service coverPerkBoxPaid volunteering dayMental health supportAll specialist IT equipment providedAnnual performance related bonusEssential Details Position – Marketing ManagerLocation – Stoke-on-TrentSalary – £35-40k (dependant on experience)Think you’ve got what we need?Then click APPLY today or contact 01782 710147 or for further information.Privacy notice: At Ford Mainwaring we take your privacy seriously.
