Car Configurator Specialist10-month initial contractHybrid working - CheshireOutside IR35, 37 hours per week *Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.* About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Cheshire, who are seeking a Car Configurator Specialist to join their team Job DescriptionAs Car Configurator Specialist, your main responsibilities include:Support for new product launches and model year updatesAuthoring of data logic, product information and assets to build up vehicles on Public and Retailer applications.Liaison with Product aligned teams to extract relevant information to represent vehicles within the platform, whilst solving logic issues.Alignment with the Virtual Media team to ensure accuracy of visual assets in the front-end.Platform development Qualifications / Skills neededBusiness experience in automotive, luxury brand or equivalent agency-relatedProduct Marketing, with associated product description systems.Experience of Dealer network interaction beneficial.Project management experience, with a record of delivery within complex situations.Experience of having used a web content management system, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.Knowledge of how to use image management tools, ideally Adobe Photoshop Why work through Contechs?Contechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
