We also promote positive health and well-being by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Talent Acquisition Advisor based at our Support Centre in Warwick youll be responsible for:Working as part of the inhouse Talent Acquisition Team managing the end to end recruitment for a variety of roles.Sourcing candidates through a range of platforms including job boards, social media, LinkedIn and internal referrals to ensure we find the best talent.Reviewing applications, conducting telephone interviews, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews, while providing feedback throughout the process.Offering support and advice to hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices, market trends and internal processes.Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring new starters have a smooth transition into their new role.This is a full-time fixed term contract for 15 months. You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am 5pm with hybrid working arrangements available (minimum 3 days in the office).And heres what wed like you to have:Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, either in-house or within an agency would be preferred.Ability to balance competing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.We look forward to receiving your application!
