QUALITY AUDITORLocation: National, HybridHours of work: 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentThe Quality Auditor will play a crucial role in supporting the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and external business standards.This is an excellent opportunity to join ISS, with a highly attractive package and clear career progression pathways.With comprehensive training opportunities, including Lead Auditor training and mentorship towards Chartered Membership for CQI, this role offers the perfect platform for professional development and long-term success.Job DescriptionAs Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating business management risks while providing operational support for the OneISS programme.A key aspect of the role is ensuring that processes and solutions delivered through OneISS are fully adopted and audited for compliance.If you are looking for a role where you can make a real impact while growing your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct weekly quality audits and report findingsAssist the Quality Manager in managing ISO certificates and standardsAnalyse trends based on corrective actions and propose improvementsAudit Corporate Policies & Procedures, documenting positive and negative findingsMaintain and enhance an efficient and compliant management systems frameworkCollaborate with the compliance management team to share knowledge and standardise approachesPrepare electronic reports on audit results and present recommendations to managementProvide the Quality Manager with accurate and timely monthly operational reportsManage risk reviews, ensuring proper identification and evaluation of risks and controlsAbout YouExperience of working in a Quality role within the Facilities Management (FM) sectorAble to apply Quality knowledge in a way that delivers practical operational solutionsProven track record in the provision of practical operational Quality solutionsExperience with the implementation and management of integrated management systemsBroad experience and expertise of Quality StandardsDemonstrable experience in Management Systems StandardsEvidence of practical audit experienceMember of the CQI/IRCAGood all round communication skills with employees, directors and clientsStrong drive and resilienceThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
