Location: Hybrid Wokingham or Warwick Contract Type: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)We are urgently seeking an experienced IAM / IDAM Solutions Architect for a 6-month contract with potential extension, based in Wokingham or Warwick on a hybrid working model.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of strategic IDAM / IAM and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) solutionsDrive end-to-end analysis and optimization of identity lifecycle workflowsIdentify and address process gaps through detailed analysis and targeted improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and complianceTranslate business requirements into Agile epics, features, and user storiesEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standardsProduce clear process documentation and technical specificationsEssential Skills & Experience:8+ years experience in IAM / IDAMStrong expertise in JML lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver")Solid understanding of RBAC, access governance, and security/compliance frameworksIdeally knowledge of tolls such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, and ConfluenceDemonstrated ability to deliver in fast-paced, Agile environmentsPLEASE NOTE: for this role we can only consider candidates with British citizenship or Indefinite Leave to RemainInterested?
