Role: PMO Analyst (financial crime transformation )Location: Knutsford, UK -Hybrid 2-3days onsite a weekDuration: End of December 2025Contract Inside IR35 on umbrellaOverall purpose of the role -The client is looking to appoint a PMO Analyst to join the Central PMO team within our financial crime transformation programme. This is a dynamic and evolving role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with stakeholders across the bank.Key Accountabilities:Liaising with stakeholders across the bank in relation to the transformation programmeMaintaining accurate documentation of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reportsGeneral project administration tasks such as: Managing and sending invites to meetings, minute taking and distribution of relevant documentationAccurate documentation of project milestonesReporting of relevant project data to key stakeholders/groupsKey Skills:Previous project/PMO experience in the banking/financial services industry is idealStrong administration and document experience in previous transformation projectsExperience of working on transformation programmes in financial crime would be advantageousHighly organised and detail-orientedProficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook etcExperience in minute takingSelf-starter with a strong work ethicExperience with Navigator would be beneficialExperience in creating calendar views is ideal.
