We're partnering with a fast-paced, high-growth retail brand on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join their evolving finance team. With ambitious plans to triple their turnover by FY2027, launch new retail partnerships and drive international expansion, this is a brilliant opportunity to get stuck into a role thats equal parts technical, commercial, and operational.This is a hands-on, high-impact position reporting into an experienced Head of Finance, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial controls, driving process improvements, and owning key relationships across auditors, banking partners, and internal functions like HR, IT, and Merchandising.Key Responsibilities:Lead the record-to-report process and own the balance sheet + cash flow forecastingMain point of contact for auditors, banking partners, and insurance brokersDeliver all tax reporting (VAT, PAYE, PSA, P11D) accurately and on timePartner across the business to ensure controls and financial rigour are embedded in every functionOversee payroll, supplier invoicing, cash management, FX forecasting and hedgingLead your team to deliver operational excellence and accurate reportingBe the go-to expert on Business Central (ERP) and drive system improvementsStay on top of accounting standards and evolve internal policies accordinglyWhat We're Looking For:ACA qualified (or ACCA) with 3+ years PQE ideally already operating at Lead Accountant/Controller level or equivalentStrong technical accounting background with a commercial lensAdvanced Excel skills were talking VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, Index/Match, and beyondHands-on, proactive attitude comfortable with a bit of scrappy in a scaling environmentStrong communicator and natural relationship builder across all levelsExperience with Business Central/Navision is a huge plusA real driver of change you know how to spot inefficiencies and fix them fastMust be comfortable in a high-volume, product-led, fast-paced environmentThe business is going through a pivotal transformation.
