The mission of this role is to drive value creation through advanced analytics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions.Location is flexible : Poland, Sweden, CZE, Finland, near our Headquarters. Responsibilities:Create, conduct and develop analysis to defined decision support areas:Assortment managementDistribution/Route to market decisionsPromotions / Articles and Products managementServicesLead identification of analytics objects that will drive the value creation of defined decision support areasFocus on predictive and prescriptive analytics which try to answer questions what will happen and what should we doProvides analysis, visualization, interpretation and recommendation for business for value creation including e.g.:Opportunity and potential identificationOpportunity and risk quantificationSensitivity illustrationOptimization recommendationAdvanced modelling and simulationCo-operation with EMEA Marketing & Portfolio leaders and their teamsLeading reporting and analytics development projects, e.g., analytics innovation projects.Co-operation and contribution to BI teams total roadmap creation and execution.Key Experiences RequiredMasters degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Finance or Economics).More than 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, analytics, or FP&A roles.Experience working or collaborating with sales, marketing, and portfolio teams.Project management experience.Proficiency in Power BI, programming languages, AI, SQL, and BI tools is considered an asset.Skills and competencies:High motivation and a can do attitude.Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead own and colleagues' work.Self-guided working style and solution-centric approach.Developer and business-oriented mindset.Excellent Excel skills.Teamwork orientation and good cooperation skills.Fluency in English.Eagerness to grow professionally and stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in the fast-evolving field of analytics.Ability to prepare insights based on data and communicate them understandably to stakeholders.Understanding of statistical methods and their application to solve business problems is considered an asset.About us:Here at PPG we make it happen, and we seek candidates of the highest integrity and professionalism who share our values, with the commitment and drive to strive today to do better than yesterday everyday.PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLDThrough leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
