As we continue to scale, were looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and help us build the backbone of this community.About the RoleWere looking for a seasoned Tech Lead to architect and drive the development of our new Hospitality verticala key pillar in the sports fan experience. You'll lead a squad of engineers, stay hands-on with architecture and coding, and collaborate closely with Product and Design.What you'll do:Own and shape the technical roadmap for the Hospitality experienceDesign scalable solutions using NestJS, GraphQL, and Kubernetes on AWSLead development in both web and mobile platforms using React Native and Next.jsEnsure best practices in testing, performance, and CI/CD across the teamMentor engineers and foster a strong engineering cultureRequired Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in back-end and full-stack rolesDeep hands-on experience with microservices, GraphQL, NestJSFamiliarity with mobile (React Native) and web (Next.js) stacksLeadership experience with cross-functional agile teamsFluency in English (written and spoken)Bonus: Experience in restaurant logistics, e-commerce, or food delivery platforms
