The combination of this will lead to a truly differentiated experience for you.Summary: Indegene is looking for a UK based medical information professional to coordinate, lead and manage medical information deliverables for their global clients. Key responsibilities would include review and maintenance of medical information content to meet customer needs, collaboration with key stakeholders to align on cross-functional strategic medical thinking, demonstrate expertise on relevant therapeutic areas, and have a good knowledge of business, operating and staffing models. Responsibilities:Manage medical information deliverables such as standard response documents, slide decks, Q&As by working with medical information specialists and agency partners. Ensure medical information deliverables are medically and scientifically accurate, balanced, and meet customers requirements. Ensure appropriate and timely update of deliverables based on customer insights and/or therapeutic area and clinical updates.Ensure inquiries from customers are responded through high quality content based on most up-to-date literature. The response should be provided through designated channels (verbal, written, live) and should be complete according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and regulatory and scientific information guidelines. Track, analyze and report trends on inquires to provide medical and scientific insight to relevant medical information stakeholders.Review promotional materials for content and accuracy; participate in review committee/strategic meetings to provide inputs on product, therapy area, reference substantiation, alignment to brand messages, etc.; review and approve data on file packets; and manage planning and prioritization of reviews.Participate in development, review, and maintenance of key medical affairs deliverables such as scientific narratives, advisory board presentations, scientific meeting materials, managed market materials, drug information resources etc. in collaboration with Medical Affairs colleagues.Demonstrate expertise relevant to therapeutic area, product, disease state management, innovative therapies, and competitive landscape. Applies knowledge of medical science, clinical practice, regulatory guidelines, publication requirements, commercial and marketing requirements, etc. to develop quality medical content in broader content areas.Work with the medical information and medical affairs teams during congresses, product launches, and key data releases and coordinate and lead on developing congress tracker, for planning and prioritization of MI deliverables to meet customer expectations in terms of quality and relevant scientific content.Provide training, mentoring, and consulting support to internal and cross functional teams on therapy area, processes, platforms etc. Demonstrate good working knowledge of platforms and tools to coordinate and lead the creation, review, management, documentation, analysis and tracking of medical information documents. Ability to adapt to latest trends in application of newer technologies and platforms related to the domain to build on competencies.Requirements: Advanced bioscience or pharmacy/medical qualification (PharmD, PhD, MD, post-doctoral, etc.).Overall, 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry within broader medical affairs teams, with 3-5 years of relevant medical information experience.Strong professional research background with demonstrated ability to utilize strategic medical thinking to successfully align cross-functional teams.Leveraging pharmaceutical scientific experience to transform health care and engage in appropriate scientific information exchange with Health Care Providers via multiple channelsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines affecting the dissemination of medical information and product promotion.Strong accountability, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to travel on as needed basis.EQUAL OPPORTUNITYIndegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
