Were on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented IBA Client Account Handler to join our dynamic team.Role Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)Location: Remote working from within the UKSalary 40,000 > 45,000 + Bonus & BenefitsWe are partnered with a global information technology company with a strong foothold and a focused division within the insurance industry.If you have at least 3 years of experience in a London Market broking house, a strong grasp of insurance accounting, and top-tier reconciliation skills, wed love to hear from you.Responsibilities for the IBA Client Account Handler will include but are not limited to:Managing client and insurer accounts in line with regulatory and company standardsHandling account reconciliations and swiftly resolving queriesAccurately allocating cash receipts and paymentsCollaborating with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve discrepanciesMaintaining and reconciling client and insurer ledgersSupporting month-end and year-end financial closingsProactively managing aged debt and unallocated cashEnsuring compliance with FCA regulationsUsing GXB (Global XB) or similar broking/accounting platforms (a big plus!)Skills required for the IBA Client Account Handler will include but are not limited to:Minimum 3 years experience in an IBA role within the London insurance marketSolid knowledge of IBA accounting, reconciliation, and cash allocationFamiliarity with GXB or equivalent broking platforms is highly desirableStrong Excel skills and confidence in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA sharp eye for detail and high level of numeracyWorking knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standardsAdded skills which would be beneficial are:Experience in a fast-paced broking environmentA proactive, collaborative mindsetStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingIf you are interested in hearing more, please do not hesitate to apply
