Your expertise will be key in shaping our digital future and aligning technology with commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the companys digital and technology strategy in line with business goals Advise leadership on emerging technologies, digital trends, and innovation opportunities Lead and inspire a dynamic IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and applications to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency Manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic priorities Drive automation, AI, and data analytics adoption to enhance decision-making and operations Establish governance frameworks for compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into marketing, operations, and sales Manage vendor relationships to deliver value-driven IT solutionsWhat Were Looking For: Proven experience in a technology leadership role, managing teams and digital transformation projects Strong background in IT operations, software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity Experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect, aligning technology with business strategy Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing IT change strategies and roadmaps Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple initiatives Certifications in project management, IT governance, or cloud platforms (PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure) are a plusWhats In It For You?
