They are looking for a Vlocity / Salesforce Industries expert who has worked as a Salesforce Development Lead in past roles.Responsibilities include:Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.Oversee and manage the development of Energy & Utilities Cloud, including Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, Omni scripts, Data Raptors, Integration procedures and integrations with third-party applications;Oversee the implementation of Salesforce applications, following Salesforces best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines;Review code written by the development team, ensuring that it is well-structured, efficient, and follows best practices;Monitor the Salesforce platform for performance optimization opportunities, ensuring smooth operation and a high-quality user experience;Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, solutions, and best practices.
