We are proud to be partnering with an award winning organisation, who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.This will be a full-time position based in Coventry, with hybrid working policy (3 days home working) and a salary of up to 30,000.The ideal candidate will have experience of managing their own ledger and running aged debt reports.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Running Age Debt Report and maintaining customer portfolioMonitoring the Collections inbox in a timely mannerRaising credits and avoiding backlogsCollecting payment by phone, email and letters, and taking responsibility for outbound and inbound callsPreparing bad debt write off and actioning write offsAllocating payments and ensuring the ledgers are accurateExperience required:Experience managing a LedgerExperience running aged debt reportsConfident with XLookups and Pivot TablesRewards and benefits:Hybrid working (3 days WFH and 2 in office)Flexible working daysPension (ex. 5% employee /7% employer)Private healthcareCar schemeFlexi time26 days annual leave plus bank holidaysWorking hours:37.5 hours per week Monday Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
