If you want an average job, do not apply.THE ROLEWere looking for a Growth Manager whos obsessed with Paid Social, Performance Strategy, and Creative Insights someone who doesnt just make suggestions, but takes ownership of outcomes.You will:Own the growth performance of client accountsDrive and execute paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok and other platformsLead creative analysis and performance reviews to inform what content gets made nextAct as the main strategic point of contact for clients, helping guide them toward scalable outcomesUncover, prioritise, and test growth opportunities fastCollaborate with content teams to improve creative performance through dataSpot risks early and implement solutions that prevent churnIf you're ready to be a part of an innovative team of growth managers, this role is for you.REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVES) Hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or TikTok AdsYou must have run and optimised paid social campaigns directly. You can own performanceYou know how to diagnose what's working and what's not, make data-informed decisions, and move quickly to drive better results. Creative thinker with strong analytical skillsYou can look at a campaign and say, This is why its working and Heres how we scale it. You know what content convertsFrom UGC to memes to influencer-style ads you get what makes people stop scrolling. Copywriting chopsYou understand how to write (or rewrite) copy that drives action. Obsessive attention to detailYou know your numbers, you check your links, and you spot the small things that matter. Deep understanding of performance marketingConversion rates, ROAS, CAC, LTV these aren't just metrics, theyre part of your toolkit. Comfortable presenting insights directly to clientsYou can confidently walk through results, explain creative performance, and back up your ideas with data. You think like a founderYou're proactive, outcome-oriented, and comfortable with owning performance.
