This approach enables us to nurture a culture of collaboration, flexibility, and inclusivity.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a brilliant new Junior Social Media Copywriter (AE level) to join our growing digital practice, stepping in to support a number of our top clients like Microsoft and FSC, and collaborating with colleagues across the wider region to build out our EMEA portfolio.The ideal candidate for this role will be a first-class social media operator, with strong copywriting skills, who wants an environment where enthusiasm, creativity and curiosity are valued. You should also have a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and contribute, as well as the confidence to work equally well within a team as independently.This a great chance for an ambitious person to take the next step in their career, and experience the challenges and opportunities that come from working for an international agency with great ambitions and greater potential.You will be reporting into a fantastic Account Manager, who will invest time and energy in your personal development and career progression, and join a very talented, super-collaborative and committed (international) team.If this sounds of interest, wed love to hear from you.RESPONSIBILITIESClient serviceDay-to-day client engagement answering emails, owning agenda points during meetings, reporting on resultsSupporting with account administration, including updating activity trackers, and capturing internal and external actionsSocial mediaSupporting on the execution of social campaigns including:Drafting social copy and managing editorial content calendarsDoing research into social media trends, to help inform copy and creative recommendationsManaging content publishing; natively through social channels, and external scheduling toolsMonitoring client social channels and leading community managementPulling data from social platforms and tools and conducting basic analysis around key metrics (such as channel growth, engagement rates and website traffic)Identifying influencers through desk research and third-party tools, and building relationships with them following outreachNew businessSupport for new business opportunities, including:Prospect research (sourcing and gathering audience, industry or competitor market data)Social auditsTaking part in pitchesWorking within the team Involvement in the We. Roots peer group (which includes all roles from intern to SAE)PREVIOUS PROVEN EXPERIENCEPrevious experience working with digital/social clients, preferable in an agency setting or within an applicable industryExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Experience in copywriting for various social media channels/formats, and for both organic and paid contentKnowledge of the different social media platforms and their preferred formatsShows initiative/proactivityGood organisational skills, with strong attention to detail (time management, ability to manage deadlines)Interest in the news agenda, and in the ever-evolving social and digital landscapeCULTUREFast paced (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.)Strong customer service orientationSpirited ( inquisitive, ask questions, challenge and get stuck in)Non-hierarchical, open working environment (ability to work in a team, contribute to meetings)Social (willing to get involved in agency life and with your peer group)We.
