Interim FP&A Consultant Challenger BankUp to 700/day + VAT | Fully Remote | Private Equity-Backed Digital BankWe are working with a fast-growing, digitally transforming, PE-backed challenger bank that requires an experienced Interim FP&A Consultant to lead a front-to-back transformation of its financial planning and analysis capability.The OpportunityReporting directly to the CFO, this role will lead the redesign and implementation of a next-gen FP&A function. The mandate includes:A full review and rebuild of existing FP&A processes and outputsDesigning and implementing best-in-class, data-driven planning and forecasting toolsEvaluating and implementing a new FP&A systemEmbedding a commercially-focused approach to financial decision-makingSupporting strategic product and market expansion initiativesYoull also play a hands-on role in building models, while coaching and scaling a lean, agile finance team.Candidate ProfileDeep FP&A experience within challenger banking (essential)Strong grasp of banking revenue models and key commercial leversAbility to operate both strategically and tactically from board-level thinking to detailed financial modellingProven track record of finance transformation, including system selection and implementationDetailsDaily Rate: Up to 700 + VAT (DOE)Location: Remote (UK-based candidates only)Start: ASAPDuration: Initial 6 Months
