Proven experience in writing for national newspapers or media outlets. PR awareness -understanding what makes a story newsworthy for different publications. Versatility -capable of switching tone and style for different clients and media formats. Excellent interviewing skills - comfortable speaking with high-profile clients and extracting great quotes. Strong initiative and proactivity -able to move client stories forward and pitch fresh ideas. Experience in or understanding of tabloid-style writing -sensational but not sleazy. Comfort working with a range of industries, including mainstream brands and the adult sector. Ability to balance multiple projectsand work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team player mindset -working closely with account managers and journalists. Interest in current news trends-keen to align client stories with whats making headlines.Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in PR, media, or communications. A portfolio showcasing published national news or PR content. Knowledge of the digital media landscape and social media trends.
