Exalto consulting is currently recruiting for a contract bioinformatician for an outside IR35 contract role, 100% remote working paying 300-360 per day depending on experience.Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of applied experience in bioinformatics data analysis Experience in using and analysing Illumina NGS data Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and platforms, especially for handling copy number variation and whole genome sequencing data Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and script development Experience working with cloud computing platforms, preferably Amazon AWS Demonstrated ability to automate data processing and productionize analytical workflows Strong analytical skills, particularly in accuracy and reproducibility analysis of biomarkers Experience with processing biomarkers from NGS, such as Small Variants, Copy Number Variants and Structural VariantsIllumina as Illumina NGS Data experience is essential.Desirable is - Illumina Dragen100% remote working contract role pay 300 - 360 per day.
