Youll collaborate with Campaign Marketing Managers and the wider Commodities People team to drive attendee registrations and generate sponsorship leads, helping us take our events to new heights.This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional with experience in events or B2B marketing. Youll thrive if youre adept at crafting and managing campaigns across email, social media, content marketing, and partnerships with industry associations and media.Ultimately, your goal will be to expand our brands reach, enhance awareness, and support the growth of our in-person and online events.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaignsfor both in-person and virtual events, focusing on audience engagement and measurable outcomes.Email marketing: Manage the email marketing calendar, craft impactful campaigns, and work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely delivery.Social media marketing: Build brand awareness, generate leads, and foster a community of engaged followers on key social platforms.Content marketing: Use our extensive library of industry insights to create valuable resources that resonate with the energy and commodity trading community.Partnerships and outreach: Develop relationships with media outlets, associations, and influencers to amplify our campaigns and expand reach.Data-driven insights: Analyse campaign performance, report on results, and use data to optimise future strategies.Creative collaboration: Work with the design team to create visually compelling, on-brand marketing collateral.Website management: Maintain event pages, create landing pages and forms, and update content in collaboration with our digital marketing team.Client marketing support: Ensure smooth execution of client-specific marketing activities and maintain high client satisfaction.RequirementsProven experience as a Campaign Marketing Executive or similar, ideally in events or B2B marketing.Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand audience needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, DotDigital, Pardot) and CRM platforms for segmentation and targeting.Expertise in social media platforms and online community management.Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights for performance tracking.Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to websites and landing pages.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work across teams.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Knowledge of energy and/or commodities markets is a plus but not essential.The Package22 Days Annual Leave plus 1 day for each years employment (up to 25 days p/a)Your Birthday as an additional day offRemote Working Policy and no we dont just mean working from home!
