Reporting to the CEO and CMO, you will be responsible for ensuring the marketing plan is delivered on time, on budget and meets agreed KPIs. You will be responsible for campaign delivery, analysing and reporting marketing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively promote our services and enhance brand visibility.Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy:Support with development of the marketing strategyConduct market research, and provide industry insights and trend analysis to inform the marketing strategyMarketing Planning:Develop a marketing plan of activity Develop a content strategy and calendar of activity Lead the development of an events and partnership strategy and calendar of activityLead the marketing budget management, tracking and reporting Manage all marketing data (including CRM)Set and review key marketing KPIsMarketing Delivery:Manage performance of external agencies against agreed KPIs, including website, SEO and graphic design agencies which deliver against the companys agreed marketing goals. Hold those third-party suppliers to account on delivery and take early corrective action as required to meet targetsLead and support the Marketing Exec to manage HRS social media platforms, create compelling content for blogs, websites, email campaigns and newsletters as well as promotional materialsCoordinate marketing events, including webinars, trade shows and conferences to showcase company offeringsHelp develop and maintain the HRS brand across all communications channels, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging and brandingMarketing Analysis:Responsible for performance monitoring and reporting Lead from the front with new ideas and creative marketing recommendationsTeam Leadership & Collaboration:Lead and mentor junior members of the marketing team, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with other teams including medical writing, design, and account management to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.Management Meetings:Attend monthly management meetings to provide updates on marketing activities, discuss campaign results, share insights, and help inform agency-wide strategic planning.Thought Leadership:Assist in positioning HRS and team as thought leaders in the nutrition communications space, ensuring we contribute to industry discussions and participate in speaking opportunities, webinars, or industry events.Key Requirements:Experience:3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the health, wellness, or nutrition industry.Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, content, etc.).Experience working in a client-facing role with the ability to develop and nurture client relationships.Skills:Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex nutrition information into engaging content.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to optimise campaigns.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.You should have a good understanding of business software, including: Office 365CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce)Graphic design software (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Photoshop)Scheduling software (e.g., Loomly, Hootsuite,)Project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)Website platforms (e.g., Wordpress)Passion for Nutrition & Wellness:A genuine interest and passion for nutrition, health, and wellness.
