We have one vision: To develop the fastest and most reliable fibre network in the UK!Were growing fast and were looking for people with passion, fresh ideas, and drive to join us on our journey.At Connect Fibre, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionise and transform UK towns and villages by giving them super-fast, reliable fibre broadband.The RoleReporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support our customer marketing strategy by leading and executing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness, sales and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of the social media calendar, scheduling, and publishing content across all social media platformsMaintain a consistent, on-brand tone of voice tailored for each social channel, ensuring a unified and compellingbrand presence.Executing growth strategies such as campaigns, competitions, and promotions with regular A/B testingIdentify new platform opportunities and content streams to help grow brand awareness and reachMonitor competitor and industry social media channels for trending news and ideasTrack and analyse campaign performanceSupport new product launches across the business.Brief engaging content to our in-house design team and external agencies.Drive customer adoption by supporting and executing consumer marketing activities.Collaborate closely with Telesales, Field sales and Customer service to ensure all areas of the business have visibility of marketing activity.Remain customer centric ensuring all work delivers a customer focussed experience The Candidate:Minimum one year of relevant work experience in Social Media (Telco/Alt-net preferred not essential)Experience with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok)Keen focus on self-guided learning and developmentCreative flair and an eye for great imageryArticulate, with excellent grammar and spelling for the purposes of customer content across social channelsProject Management skills and ability to multi-task whilst keeping to deadlines.A confident communicator with influencing skills to effectively work with stakeholders.Digitally-savvy, thrive on building relationships and customer campaigns.A loyal and reliable team player.Ability to think differently, outside the box and on your own initiative.The Rewards:30,000 per annum25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, Birthday offPrivate Medical CoverPrivate Dental CoverEmployee Referral SchemeCompany pension contributionSuperb maternity packageCompany laptopAll-expensed travelConnect Fibreoffers excellent team and business building opportunities.
