They pride themselves on being both strategic and delivery-focused, with a flexible and supportive culture.The RoleAs a Digital Campaign Manager you will play a key role in delivering results-driven campaigns for clients, working closely with the Head of Digital to execute multi-channel digital strategies. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a small agency environment where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various digital marketing channels Email, LinkedIn, Google, social media etc including set up and reportingOverseeing lead generation campaigns, CRM integration, and experience of using marketing tools such as HubSpot/Salesforce.Supporting on website builds liaising with designers, developers, and project managing from start to finish.Analysing performance metrics and reporting on campaign success.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.Contributing to new business proposals and identifying opportunities for account growth.What Were Looking ForAgency experience ideally in a digital, marketing, or creative agency setting.Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).Excellent client management skills confident in building relationships and guiding clients through campaigns.Experience with website project management (liaising with developers and designers).A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.Whats in It for You?A key role in a small but growing agency, where your input makes a real impact.Hybrid working, 23 days a week in the central Bristol office.Competitive salary, plus the opportunity to work with exciting B2B brands.A collaborative, supportive, and creative working environment.
