This is a place that really wants to give back on the effort you put in.Right now, were looking to recruit a dynamic and creative Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and jump in with leading the adoption and migration of Cloud based technology within the company. This will be a pivotal role in designing and building infrastructure and services necessary to help drive L&Cs technology forward.The roleWorking with the IT Operations Manager you will be up to date on cloud technologies to be able to plan and continually improve L&Cs cloud migration, ensuring systems are fit for purpose and support the ongoing and future needs of the business. Working with the rest of the IT Operations Team and the wider department as required you will take a lead role in the planning, documenting and implementation of chosen solutions. Ensuring best practices are followed to keep L&C secure and operational during our ongoing IT transformation and into the future. Youll build effective cloud strategies and continually looking to improve L&Cs technology and infrastructure stack, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues when necessary, acting as a first point of contact for complex technical issues when they arise.FCA certification regime & conduct rulesL&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the 6 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times. (See below). Any confirmed breaches of the Conduct Rules will be reported to the FCA annually. Youll need to be an excellent analyst with great written and verbal skills, able to communicate and work effectively across all levels of the Team and wider business, able to provide comprehensive support and take proactive and remedial action when needed.
