Consumer Additions are partnered with a well know, fast growth beauty brand who are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner into the team based in Central London.Roles and responsibilities: Act as a financial advisor to commercial teams, influencing strategic decisions with data-driven insights.Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate promotions, pricing strategies, and product profitability.Provide financial modeling and analysis to support new product launches, category performance, and investment opportunities.Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for revenue, margin, and operating expenses.Track key performance indicators and analyse variances against budget/forecast.Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Support strategic planning with scenario analysis and financial projections.Drive margin improvement initiatives by analysing cost structures and pricing strategies.Evaluate the ROI of marketing campaigns, trade investments, and promotional spend.Build strong relationships with commercial teams, acting as the finance lead in cross-functional meetings.Communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders to support decision-The ideal candidate:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience in commercial finance.Strong experience in FMCG, preferably within the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care sector.Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.Proven ability to business partner with sales, marketing, and operation teams.Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, promotions, and margin optimisation.Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (NetSuite or similar), and data visualisation tools (Power BI).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to simplify and feedback to senior stakeholders.Thank you for your application.
