They're seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join their growing data and tech function on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where data plays a key role in strategic decision-making and operational excellence.Location: Manchester Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)Salary: Up to 55,000 (depending on experience)Contract: Full-time, PermanentKey Responsibilities:Design and implement ETL processes to ingest, transform and load data into warehouse environments.Work with data analysts and business users to provide accurate and timely reporting solutions.Build and optimise SQL queries and materialised views to support reporting needs.Collaborate across departments to identify new data sources and improve reporting accuracy.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and apps in a collaborative environment.Tech Stack & Skills:Strong BI development experience within ETL/data warehousing environments.Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) in an AWS S3/Redshift setting or equivalent tools (Informatica, SSIS).Solid SQL development and performance tuning capabilities.Exposure to web APIs and Python (desirable).Understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball methodology).Hands-on experience with Power BI for enterprise reporting.Whats in it for you as their BI Engineer?Excellent employee discount schemes.Hybrid working: Flexible working with an average of 3 days per week on-siteGenerous pension scheme (up to 10% contribution options)24 days holiday + bank holidays + 2 volunteering days per year.This position does not offer Visa Sponsorship, so unfortunately if you apply we cannot move forward with your application.
