We are seeking a Procurement Manager for our non-digital public sector client based in Manchester or Blackpool on an initial 3-month contract paying up to 600 per day Inside IR35.Hybrid working: 2 days on-site, increasing to 3 days on-siteRequired Skills: Proven experience running procurements via CCS frameworks Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive value and strategic outcomes Ability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Knowledge of UK procurement legislation (PCR2015/PA2023) Contract and supplier management expertise Confident in designing and executing end-to-end procurements Understanding of the digital goods and services marketDesirable: Background in Digital / ICT / IT procurement Familiarity with CCS frameworks such as DOS, TS, DPS, G-Cloud MCIPS / CIPS qualified or equivalentInterested?
