If you're looking for a role where you can bring fresh ideas and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.Optimise website content for SEO and user experience.Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and running paid ad campaigns.Work closely with designers to create visually engaging assets that enhance campaign effectiveness.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights.Work with designers and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative ideas to digital campaigns.RequirementsProven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education. Strong knowledge of social media advertising and email marketing.Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.Account Management: ability to understand client needs and manage relationships.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO software.
